Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The number of followers kept increasing 10% on Weibo and 6% on WeChat every month from January 2019. Easier to find our brand and products through searching engines. Through some KOL or live digital events, the sales increased at least 50% for each session.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I worked directly with the team as we are the colleagues of 1 company, the communication is very easy and effective no matter through but phone or communication APP or the meeting face to face was coordinated easily (as we are in same cities). Furthermore, English and Chinese are both good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

  • The paired team is very professional in social media development

  • super active on communication with the brand owner

  • creative on design, copywriter in local language

  • They carefully listen to the brand owner and help find solutions in accordance with the client's requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement?

  • The agency is very creative but I think that could add more technics into posts to increase the interactivity with followers.

For nearly 2 years we are still working together; there must be a reason for this;-)
